Welcome to RytNow! By downloading, accessing, or using the RytNow mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use RytNow.

1. The RytNow Experience

RytNow is a platform for spontaneous, authentic connection. We enable you to share "Echoes" (photos, audio, and videos) and interact with others in real-time. Our mission is to capture the "Now," and we expect all users to respect the immediacy and authenticity of this community.

2. User Accounts

To access RytNow, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information.
• Keep your password secure.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use RytNow.

3. User Generated Content ("Echoes")

You retain ownership of the content you create ("Echoes"). However, by posting to RytNow, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your Echoes specifically for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

You are solely responsible for your Echoes. You represent that you own all rights to your content and that it does not infringe on the rights of others.

4. Community Guidelines

RytNow thrives on respect. You agree NOT to use the App to:

• Harass or Bully: Do not record or post Echoes that target, intimidate, or shame individuals.
• Share Illegal Content: No violence, hate speech, or sexually explicit material.
• Invade Privacy: Do not post private information of others without consent.
• Spam: Do not flood the feed with repetitive or commercial content.

We reserve the right to remove any Echoes and ban any user found violating these guidelines, without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The RytNow brand, logo, and design are the property of RytNow. You may not use them without our express written permission.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to RytNow at any time, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the specific setting in the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

RytNow is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the content posted by other users.
